What we collect

When you request booking assistance, Caviar Noir collects your name, phone number, event date, event ZIP code, estimated guest count, caviar selection and requested service hours. We also save your estimate, request reference, submission time and agreement to be contacted.

How we use your information

We use these details to discuss your event, prepare or confirm your quote, check availability and assist with booking. Submitting the form authorizes Caviar Noir to contact you about that enquiry. It does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

How your request is delivered

New booking requests are processed by FormSubmit and emailed to the Caviar Noir booking team. The contact and event details you submit, your quote and your contact consent are shared with FormSubmit for delivery and spam protection. Previously submitted requests may remain in our restricted website database. Your request is not displayed publicly.

Cookies and external links

The quote builder does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Booking submissions use FormSubmit, which may present a spam-prevention check and has its own privacy practices. Owner sign-in may use authentication cookies provided by the hosting platform. Links to Instagram open a separate service with its own privacy practices.

Questions or deletion requests

Ask the Caviar Noir team when they contact you, or message @caviarnoir_events. Include your request reference so the team can locate your enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through social media.

Your event estimate

Your quote is an estimate, not a reservation or payment. Final staffing, availability, travel, applicable taxes and any additional charges are confirmed with you before booking.
